Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was the stage performer for The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables was graduated with distinction in the class of 2004 from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She holds a BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater and choreographing for more than two dozen musicals and plays including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and seven title roles with Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land TV and film roles as she learned improvisation, and later became an Theatre West company member. Her voice and diminutive stature that have made her able to take on a range of characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts's evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party night hopper as a Series Regular for the TV Land sitcom The Exes. She was also an Regular as the sassy sexpert baby sister of Alyssa Milano in ABC's Romantically Challenged as well as the mom in a stressed-out suburban home on the The CW's No Tomorrow. She's lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recently, she was seen as the dim but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She's married to two children and lives in a quiet house. She likes to write as well as sew, and she also volunteers in school.
